Aric W. Moore, President

Mr. Moore has more than 29 years and $90 million dollars of experience in the real estate industry as an architect, a project manager, construction manager and a real estate developer.  Mr. Moore has extensive experience with public and private projects as they pertain to regulation and design and construction.  Mr. Moore has a variety of experiences in project types including office buildings, banks, retail stores, restaurants, performing art centers, museums, educational institutions, public sports facilities, warehouses, and single and multi-family dwellings.

Mr. Moore has founded several real estate industry related companies as noted below.

  • President of Panoramic Design, Ltd., a Design and Construction Management Firm located in Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
  • President of the American Masterworks LLC, a high end single family residential real estate development company in Washington, DC.  American Masterworks, LLC was the developer of Sacred Trees a Residential project located in Forest Hills, Washington, DC.
  • COO of the American Design and Construction Company, which was established to service local government agencies and institutional work.  ADCCo worked with Turner Construction on Several DC Government Public School projects.

Mr. Moore attended the University of Maryland where he developed his own 5-year Design Curriculum that incorporated Art Studio and Art History, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Urban Planning, Industrial Design /Technology and Landscape Architecture.

Richard Newlon, Principal, Architect

Mr. Newlon is a practicing, registered Architect with more than thirty-five years of experience in the field of Architecture.  He has been involved in all phases of architectural work including Programming, Design, Construction Document and Project Administration.  His specific project design experience includes Religious, Educational, Commercial, Industrial, Museum and single and multifamily Building types, with special interest in design, design presentation and interim design material selection and detailing.  Mr. Newlon is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds an architect’s registration in more than a dozen states.

Don W. Savage, Principal, Architect

Mr. Savage is a practicing, registered Architect with more than thirty-five years of experience in the field of Architecture.  He has been involved in all phases of architectural work including Programming, Design, Construction Document and Project Administration.  His specific project design experience includes Religious, Educational, Commercial, Industrial, Museum and Parking Structure Building types, with special interest in design, design presentation and interim design material selection and detailing.  His other experience includes the photography and watercolor representation of Architecture and the landscape.  Several one-man shows of his work have been held in the Washington Metropolitan area since 1985. Mr. Savage is a graduate of the Catholic University of America.
